To track your order locate your order confirmation email. On this email will be the courier your order is being shipped with the tracking number for your parcel. Taking the tracking ID your can us our AllPetSolutions Tracking portal to track your order.
All you need to track your order is your order ID and your email address, postcode or contact number to track your order through the website.
Alternatively the tracking information will be within your recent orders. To locate these ensure you are logged into your account and then click on my account in the top right corner and you will be able to see all your recent orders.
We use Amazon Shipping and Royal Mail for most of our parcels.
If you selected the delivery option Click and Drop, this is a service that is carried out by Royal Mail. If you would like to track your parcel, please search for your consignment number on the Royal Mail Website.
