We process payment from your card as soon as we receive your order. All goods are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply an item, we will inform you as soon as possible and issue a full refund if you have already paid.

PayPal Orders

If you have paid via PayPal and need to change your delivery address, we are unable to make this change for you. We advise you to cancel your order (contact our customer services team) and place a new order with the correct address.

Telephone Orders

For orders equal to or greater than £50, we conduct fraud checks through our screening system. If the checks do not match, the transaction will be voided. A shadow payment may appear in your account for voided transactions, which will be cleared by the following day.
