If you would like to check or replace the bulb on the UV light on your 700IF+ follow the below simple steps;
Important: Disconnect mains electricity supply before handling or attempting maintenance. Always fully read and check the troubleshooting section within your product instruction manual.

To change the bulb;

- Push both clips in on either side of the unit to remove the bottom casing.
- Unscrew the securing quartz cover/locking screw that is in place
- Twist the cap anti-clockwise until it hits the locking fixture
- Then gently twist and pull the quarts off which will expose you to the bulb.
- Please note this unit can only take 9W UV bulb
- Check to make sure the UV light is switched to the ON position.
- Push both clips in on either side of the unit to remove the bottom casing.
- Unscrew the securing quartz cover/locking screw that is in place.
- Twist the cap anti-clockwise until it hits the locking fixture.
- Gently twist and pull the quarts of which will expose you too the bulb.
- Check that the bulb is intact and has not become loose in the fitting while in transit. Also, check that all of the filaments are in place and have not been damaged within the UV bulb.
