Sorry your order has arrived damaged. There are a few options we can offer to help. Please let our Customer Service team know how you would like to move forward;

  • We can dispatch a new head unit for your filter to replace your current one;
  • If you are confident enough to change the plug, with a spare you may have, then we can offer a £5 part refund for your troubles;
Neither of the above options affect your warranty.
