Returning an Item

If you wish to return an item for exchange, store credit, or a refund due to it being unwanted, you can use our return & exchange page by clicking here. The product must be in its original packaging and unused.

Return Process

• Include Your Delivery Note:
  Please ensure you include your delivery note and order number in the return package.

• Packaging:
  Repackage the item so that it is fit for transit to prevent damage.

• Refund Process:
  Refunds will be processed once we receive the goods in their original condition. This refund will only include the cost of the goods, excluding the delivery charge.

Important Notes

• 30-Day Policy:
  Returns are only accepted within 30 days of receipt. We will not accept any products that are returned after this period.

• Used Products:
  We do not accept returns for products that have been used and are not faulty, even if they are returned within the 30-day period. Refunds for such products are at the discretion of management.

• Responsibility for Returns:
  AllPondSolutions is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during transit if returned at your own cost. However, we can provide images of damage to support any claims with the courier. Please note, this may affect your right to a refund, repair, or replacement.

• Statutory Rights:
  This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
