We're sorry if your item has arrived damaged.

The quickest way we can get this resolved for you is to open a return request for a refund or exchange on your item. You can do this through our returns portal.

We can then issue you with a pre-paid label if necessary. Otherwise with the images you will upload through the portal we will be able to go ahead and issue a replacement or refund as needed with no fuss!
In some cases we can simply replace the broken part.

Please ensure you take clear images of the damaged item to upload this to the returns portal when requesting your return. This will assist us making a quick decision for a suitable resolution. 
Please always report any broken on arrivals as soon as you can.

If your pallet delivery aquarium has arrived broken, please ensure to reject the package as per the delivery guidelines.
