If you'd like to return a large pallet aquarium, whether it's unwanted or faulty, please follow these steps:

1. Arrange Return with Customer Services:

  • Raise a Ticket: Contact our Customer Services team to arrange your return. A team member will get in touch with you to discuss the next steps.

2. Collection Process:

  • If a collection is issued for your aquarium, we will arrange a suitable day for the collection.
  • The aquarium must be placed on a pallet and properly packaged. Please retain the original packaging for the aquarium.
  • If you need a pallet and pallet wrap, please inform us when arranging the collection.

3. Returning an Unwanted Item:

  • If you're returning the aquarium because it's unwanted, you’ll need to arrange the return with a courier of your choice (e.g., Door2Door or Palletways).
  • Once we receive the aquarium and verify it's in good condition, we will process your refund.

4. Returning a Faulty Item:

  • If your aquarium is faulty, it will be assessed. However, if the tank is found not faulty, you may incur a £20 charge for the pallet and wrapping if provided.
  • Additional charges may apply for the cost of return.

Important Notes:

  • Delivery Date Issues: If a delivery date is not arranged and significant time has passed, the courier may return the tank to us. In such cases, delivery and return costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • We will keep you informed throughout the entire process.
